Guidelines For Preparation of Study Matarials Std 9 to 12
1.The Convener of the Zone in Consulation With Order District Education Officers Coming in his Zone should Prepare The Main Important Subject of the Std Allotted to the Zone By A Team of Experts from The Districts Included in the Study Matarial Zone. Sample Study Materil of SOme Subject is sent Here Along with it for Expert GUidance.
2. This Study Material Should Include a Brief Explanations as well as Questions for the Assignment work Prepared as the Students can study the issues of the Chapter on their own.
3. Once The Study Material of the Allotted Standard Subject is Prepared , the Concerned District Education Officers will have to send it by E mail to all the District Education Officers of the state as Well as to the Gujarat Board of Secondary and higher secondary education.
4.Preparatin of study Material for the Month of june and sending it to all the Districts and Boards should be complete by 09-06-2020 and study Material for the MOnth of July Should be Completed by 08-08-2020.
5. All The District Education Officers will Have to end the Study Material Prepared by The Experts of The Main Important Subject of Std 9 to 12 to All Secondary and higher 👆 Secondary Schools Under Their Jurisdiction by e mail. the Principals of Secondary and Higher Secondary Schools will have to send a soft then Necessary action willl have to be taken to ensure that students get the hard copy of the Study Material in Compliance with the existing GUideline of the Government.
6. principals and teachers of all secondary and hiher secondary Schools shall Provide Necessary GUideline to the Students regarding the Use of This Study Materials.
