Gandhinagar : There is good news for Government employees and Pensioners in the state. The state government has decided to increase the dearness allowance of government employees. Deputy chief Minister Nitin Patel has announced following the decision of the Government of india, now the state government has also given big gifts to government employees.Significantly , the earlier allowance of 17% has been increased to 11%. This means that government employees will now get an inflation allowance of 28%.
Deputy CM made the Announcement Millions of State Govenrment employees and Pensioners are set to benefits greatly from NItin Pate's Announcement. Now the inflation Allowance for state government employees has been increased by 11%. , so now every employee and pensioner will get an inflation allowance at the rate 28%. According to the information given by the deputy chief minister, arrears for the months of july and august will be Paid.
Employees will also receive arrears for the month of july and august will be paid to govenment employees in two parts. Nine lakh employees of the state are to benefit. increasing the inflatin allowance will put a burden of Rs 378 crore on the state government. nitin patel said that the payment for the month of august will be made in january 2022.
The Central Government has made the announcement significantly, the central government had earlier announced an increase in inflation allowance for its employees. Now other state governments are also making annoucements. Gujarat has also announced for its government employees. As many as 9 lakh Government employees in the state are expected to benefit from the decision.
