- KYC of Authorised Signatory
- Signature and Stamp of Account Opening entity on Account Opening form at required Place - Bank will guide.
- Signature and Stamp on FATCA Declaration - Bank will guide
- Customer Registration Form for Internet Access for Transaction - Bank will Share the Format
- Registration form for check Pay System - Bank will share the Format
-Unique Mobile Number and Email ID for All Authorised Signatories
District Level Account Opening
- Account Opening Letter on District letter head of SSA
- Form - 60 Bank will Share the format
- KYC of Authorised Signatory
- Signature and Stamp of Account opening entity on Account opening form at required place - Bank will guide.
