Shiva Gopal Mishra says this willnot affect the 7th CPC pay Matrix of Central employees. As Central Government Employees and Pensioners DA, DR has kept the freeze till June 2021. In March 2021, rajya Sabha Minister of State for Finance Anurag Thakur Said that the DA, DR hike would be resumed from july 1. But even if the DA surachnage is announced today on January 1, 2021, it will start from july 1 , 2021.
How much will your DA increase?
Shiva Gopal Mishra said that if there is talk of an increase in DA,it is expected that the Average inflation for July - December 2020 will be around 3-5 % interms of Calculations. Sothis could be about 4% more.
How many installments are pending?
speaking on the pending installemnt , shiva gopal mishra that talks were on with the officials. this will be resolved soon. we have sent a proposal to the government to pay the DA of those employees in 3 installments if they arenot able to pay at once.

According to the reort, frezing the DA and DR installments for central government employees and pensioners will bring the combined saving to Rs 37,530 crore this financial year these saving are also being made in the yea before that. let me tell you that state government can generally comply with the centre's order on DA and DR. It is estimated that the state government can also save Rs 82,566 by Suspending the DA-DR of employees and pensioners adopting this formula of the center.
