The Hon'ble Secretary has instructed to give the scanning table as per the prescribed size and specification for the data entry of the narks obtained by the students as per the first session diagonic tst 2020-21 Percent to which , as per reference . it has been informaed to allot grant to the office from sandarbha - rathi . for a total 2.=8.19 children enrolled in 6th to 8th standard to the offcie standarlized totoa; .9.8.50 scaning table sheets to all the district of th state considering the enrollement number of std 6,7 of that dstrict , approximately Rs. 50/- Grant will be allotted from here.
In view of the above, you are requested to take action as per the rules given by GCERT. Gandhinagar in view of th insturctions given by GCERT, Gandhianagr for providing standardized subject wise scanning table sheets to the children of your district as per the number mentioned in the accompanying form.
