After the Publication of This Booklet, some New Provisions have been Introduced in the Gujarat State Service Rules, 121 By Amending it from ime to Time And Also Resolutions / Circulars Have been Issued for Furthr Clarification of the Rules.
Some of the Resolutions / Circulars Mentioned in the Guidelines of the Year 19 Have Been Canceled as well as The Gujarat Civil Service rules, 2006 Have been Published by Amending the Mumbai Civil Sevice Rues in the Year 2006. Therefore Keeping in view the purpose of Using the Proisions of These Rules in The Process of department 🏬 Invetigation
There was a need to Update the Guidelines for Departmental Investigations
Officers / Employees Invovled in Departments made in the rules as well as the Notification of Published resolutions / circulars. I am Delighted to Updates This guideline on Departmental Investigative Procedures. This Booklet Hasnot been Prepared in Place of the Existing Statutory rules or Instructions / Alternatives, But has been Updated with the Intention of providings on the Provisions of the Rules, 181 and the resolutions / Circuars / Instructions Issued from time to tiem in This Regard Should be Considered a the Basis Even When the Question of Interpretation of the rules Arises, Only The words of the Original rule / Provision Should be Taken Into Consideration will remain.
