The teachers are resentful that other activities other than government education make them compulsory to the primary teachers but the government is not given the benefit of promotion and seniority and higher pay scale.

Primary teachers are exempted from triple-c examinations. Primary teachers complain that the Vidyasayakas work in less than five years of low salaries. While more than 10,000 teachers in Gandhinagar will participate in the assembly from Chanakya Bhavan to Vidhan Sabha, they will surround the government. The primary teacher association is demanding that the government release students from all other work except students, primary teachers are required to compulsorily work in all government schemes, government programs, from the election.
